Web software for owners, co-hosts and small managers of rental properties. It records income and expenses per property, shows profit per property and per month, imports booking calendars from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, and handles tenants, leases and rent for long-term lets.

Independent hosts, landlords and co-hosts with a handful of properties — up to 15 on the Professional plan. Larger portfolios get a Corporate contract.

Basic costs €9,90 a month (up to 3 properties) and Professional €49,90 a month (up to 15 properties). Paying yearly gives 2 months free. Both start with a 14-day free trial, without a credit card.

Three days before the end you get an email. If you choose a plan, nothing changes. If you don't, the account becomes read-only: you can still see everything, nothing is deleted, and you can pick a plan later.

It imports your calendars from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo through their iCal links and flags overlapping bookings. It is a one-way import, not a channel manager: HostFinn does not block dates or change prices on those sites.

Yes. On the Professional plan you get tenants, leases, rent tracking, deposits and maintenance tasks, next to your holiday lets if you have both.

Yes. Mark each property as owned or managed and set your management fee (a percentage or a fixed monthly amount). HostFinn then calculates, for each month, the amount to transfer to each owner: income minus your fee minus the expenses you paid.

No. It keeps your rental records organised per property and gives you printable reports for your accountant. It does not submit anything to tax authorities — in the UK it is not HMRC-recognised Making Tax Digital software — and in Spain it does not send guest registrations to SES.Hospedajes.

Every connection uses HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text), and every account can only read its own records — the app checks ownership on each one. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

You can print any report or save it as a PDF from your browser, and you can bring existing records in from an Excel template. There is no CSV or Excel export yet; under the GDPR you can ask us for a full copy of your data at any time.
